Friendly and helpful staff, clean and functional room with efficient use of space, especially the bunk beds. It has enough beds to accommodate a family of 5. Free parking just behind the building. It’s right across a park and is close to Lawson and 7/11.

We so loved the room that we booked. It was so spacious! The hotel is located in a quiet place in front of a park where we could hear the crows in the morning, which was music to our ears. We loved everything about our stay in Villa Koshido. We cannot wait to be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Koshido Odori. Host is very accommodating and tries best to communicate using electronic means. Accommodation is very neat, clean and well equipped. Location is very convenient to nearby stores, restaurants and bus plus train stations. The accommodation overlooks the beautiful and scenic Odori Park. Suggest Host to clarify the facilities by stating “coin operated washing machine”.

This is a hotel set up for esports videogamers, but you don't have to be one to stay here. And you should stay here because it is amazing. Everything is brand new & thoughtfully chosen. They have clearly spent a lot of money on the place. It is spotlessly clean with friendly staff. My room had twin beds, private bathroom, kitchenette, huge TV, and its own washing machine. The dryer in the hotel is paid for but not expensive. There is also a racing videogame room set up with powerful PCs & consoles and steering wheels, pedals, etc., and apparently it is free to use; it looked great although I didn't use it myself. So the place is perfect, but at an astonishingly low price. I paid less per night here than I did for capsule hotels elsewhere in Japan, less than sleeping 9 hours in a manga cafe. I think they are new, and not many people are staying here yet, but I hope they are successful because they deserve to be.

Location was strategic; near to streetcar, train station and shops. Room was sound proof and clean. They provided room spray too. Staff made and effort to use voice translator to communicate. Extra amenities is at own service.. all provided at the lobby. This is a good apartment for big family.

Excellent stay. the room was fully equipped with everything we needed, including 2 toilets which made our stay even more comfortable. the train station was only about 200 meters away and Lawsons nearby.

The room was clean and spacious. I took a taxi to Sapporo station and Susukino, but the location was just right as it wasn't too far away and quiet at night :) There were pots, kettle, pans, simple kitten supplies, knives and cutlery. So you can cook in the room if you want. The staff was very nice. Bath and toilets are separate, and there were 2 toilets. haha It's really good deal!!

The room is huge like a hostel: 2 toilets, shower, a bath, 10 beds, a kitchen with many plates and wine glasses + gas cooker. Staffs are very polite as those top hotels. It’s really cheap for what you get. I stayed alone in the room, which should be very rare but I was on a job trip and it was nice to focus on my work. It should be also ideal for group travel, or family trips. I’ve never seen this great hotel elsewhere. It’s new and very clean. The gaming room is fun too.

What a great stay! We had a huge room, small kitchen, washing maschine, great bathroom, everything clean, good beds. Staff at reception very nice and friendly, though litten english. Location is good, near to tram and metro. If in Sapporo again I will stay there again!
